We have confirmed the issue of not being delivered the rewards for WvW properly with following period.
- From 07/31/2017 to 08/07/2017
- From 08/21/2017 to 08/28/2017
- From 09/11/2017 to 09/18/2017
We will have compensation to player who did not received the "War God Medal" within above terms in accordance.
If the compensation completes, we will have an announcement on this post.
(*Some time will be required to complete the investigation and compensation so we will ask for your patience until we complete.)
Also, this issue has been addressed and fixed. Rewards will be sent properly from next WvW.
