Currently, we have confirmed the issue below.
Confirmed Issue
-Issue of the game freezing upon logging into the game or switching Channel in certain environment.
*We have confirmed that the issue occurs by selecting the "International" environment at the login screen after selecting the character.
We kindly ask you not to log in on International environment until the issue is resolved.

-Issue of the Skill Element being indicated as "None" while it should be "Earth" in the description text of the Skill "End of Earth".
*This will be fixed today 5/19 on 3:00 (GMT). Only the description text will be changed, and there are no changes to the Skill's effect or Element.
Bug fix has been completed.

The cause is currently under investigation.
